Jakob found a unique solution to a chemical experiment, he had been working for months. In order to test his solution, he needs a chemical. Jakob remembered that he kept it in his garage. But the light inside the garage was broken. It is really dark in the garage so he decided to grab a torch. But unfortunately there was no battery inside it and he needs 2 batteries to turn it on. After searching a little bit more he found 8 identical batteries inside a box. He remembers only 4 of them were charged. The torch will work if and only if 2 charged batteries are inserted. There is no way to find out if a battery is charged without inserting it into the torch. Now Jakob is left with no choice but to try out all the combinations of batteries. After thinking for some times he comes up with the best strategy. Can you guess the least number of attempts Jakob needs to make sure the torch will light up?
